This painting came about because of a dream I had. Well, not exactly a dream, but do you know when you are just about to wake in the morning, you are half-asleep and something comes to your mind? It was that kind of thing. The image of a mother swan and her little cygnet came very vividly to my mind and I couldn't wait to do a painting. As it turns out, since paintings always tell me what to do rather than the other way around, there are three cygnets. It just worked out better. I'm very pleased with how my dream painting turned out!- This painting has been sold.
