What a pretty garden! I painted a different view of this garden some time ago. The estate where it is located is not in my area, but I know the landscape designer who has taken photos of his work for me to use for my paintings. Of course, being an artist I can change what I want, adding or subtracting things here and there. The gardens are lovely, but a painting is a creation of its own!In this scene, yellow daylilies and pink Stargazer lilies bloom interspersed with Black-eyed Susan and other colorful flowers. A path on the left leads to a garden gate. Wouldn't you love to take a stroll here on a summer evening?
