The flowers of this warm climate vine are really very tiny white blooms in the middle of colorful bracts. The bracts on this one are in shades of red and magenta - very pretty! The plant is native to South America and is found in warm climates all over the world. I saw this particular specimen at the Bermuda Botanical Gardens.- This painting has been sold.
