Plumeria, or Frangipani, is widespread throughout the tropics and so common in Hawaii that one would think it's a native plant. This particular variation was found on the island of Aruba. It seems there are hundreds of kinds of Plumeria in many gorgeous colors and with many different leaf types and growing habits. This one is especially pretty glowing white and pink against a backdrop of its large dark leaves.- This painting has been sold.
