These are the PeeGees when they are first in bloom before they have started to turn pink. When a PeeGee hydrangea is grown to its full size as a tree or shrub, it is a magnificent sight in late summer. The blooms can be cut and, if put in a dry vase, will dry to fragile-looking beauties that will add a bit of summer to your home throughout the winter.
