Double File Viburnum Blossoms - Oil Painting
Oh, you should see my viburnum tree! I suppose it is really a shrub but in form looks like a small tree about eight feet high. The double file variety as I've painted here has white blossoms that bloom along each branch in double rows. The result is spectacular especially when the sun is shining on it. The only thing I regret about this beautiful shrub is that I planted it at a back corner of the house where it can't be seen driving up the driveway. But when I'm at my kitchen window, I can see it past the lilacs. When they are both in bloom along with the rhododendron, it's a sight to behold!
