Dogwood trees are so lovely in bloom - lacy and brilliant in the sunlight. I have a large white tree and have always wanted to get a pink one as well. Maybe this year!This is the first oil painting I've done in a LONG time. I think the last was way back in college days. I like the effects one can get painting flowers with oils. Very different from acrylics. You can be sure I'll be doing more oil paintings.
